Outsourcing Outsourcing is the economic process in which a particular company or intended move resources designed to fulfill certain tasks, to an external company, through a contract. This is especially true in the case of outsourcing of specialized firms. To do so, may hire staff only, in which case the resources will provide the client (facilities, hardware and software), or recruit both staff and resources. For example, a company dedicated to the demolitions may subcontract to a company engaged in waste disposal for the task of disposing of the rubble of demolished units, or a carrier of goods may subcontract to a company specializing in the identification or empaquetaci n. The term reflects an improvement in outsourcing services within an economy in search of progress in economic liberalization trying to be proficient in international trade.Terms associated offshore and nearshore involve the transfer of jobs to other countries, if services are outsourced to foreign companies or by establishing a base in places outside the country. The difference lies in the relative proximity of the country in question (nearshore) or remoteness (offshore).
